A Milwaukee, WI, USA based automotive parts manufacturer frequently replaced the hinged steel belt on the conveyor that removed and then elevated steel slugs from beneath their stamping press. Production came to a halt during the process.

Magnetic Chip & Parts Conveyor virtually eliminated down time because all moving parts were contained within the housing. The slugs smoothly followed the permanent magnets moving just beneath the bottom of the non-magnetic stainless steel slider plate and were discharged into a waiting tote pan.
